SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, and priority options are available. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts). At this time, we only ship within the United States. During warmer months, heat-sensitive items will be shipped Monday- Wednesday only priority mail. Mississippi Bath & Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as delivered. For any issues with your order, please contact us at latherup@missbathandbeauty.com within 5 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos for review. Eligible items may be replaced or credited at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. For any concerns, email latherup@missbathandbeauty.com.
